Trapping
Rat and rodent problems are nothing new, but recent events, environmental and climate changes have resulted in significantly increased local populations and a considerable number of new infestations.
Learn MoreExclusion
Exclusion is the process in which we keep the rodents from being able to enter the premises. From patching holes, to adding a wire skirt to the foundation, this work is done to keep them out. One of the more common ways rodents enter a premise is through burrowing under the foundation, made only easier when said foundation is shallow and/or failing. These animals can dig up to 3 feet deep, and they use this to come up inside the building. We address this by digging a trench down to a minimum of 3 feet deep and attach a mesh skirt to the foundation, like an underground wall, backfilling with concrete to not undermine existing foundation. Our team has the knowledge and skill to repair damaged foundation, as well as forming and pouring new portions using rebar and high strength concrete. We only use materials that will last the test of time and the elements. Unlike other companies we never use adhesives or spray foam that fail and are easily chewed through by these animals. We do everything we can to keep the work as discreet as possible, by the time our team of experts are through, the majority of the work should not be visible. This is the most important of the services we provide, without it there will be no long term success of being rodent free.
Learn MoreClean Up
Rodents cause billions in damages each year in the United States. Along with damage to the structure itself they tear up insulation and contaminate everything they touch. These animals function primarily through scent, depositing urine everywhere they go as a means of communication and direction. This urine contains thousands of virus’s, many of which are harmful to humans. The clean up service includes removing any overly contaminated materials, vacuuming the droppings and debris left from these rodents, as well as using an industrial grade fogger and non-toxic solutions to disinfect and deodorized the contaminated spaces.
Learn MoreReplace Insulation
Rodents love insulation because it is a soft and warm material. They use it for nests as well as tunnels, for quick and safe travel. Contaminated Insulation should be removed and replaced after exclusion and clean up services are completed. Should the customers decide, we can install an insulation of their choosing.
